Before this whole thing started, and the cheat meals were instituted and guidelines laid out, I knew Super Bowl Sunday would be an obvious time to use a cheat meal. We call this wings and things, the "things" being anything and everything on the table. Sandwiches, chips, pretzels, cheesesteak, spinach dip, candy, taco dip, etc.
I have finished up one full week, and am currently on day nine. This first week was much easier than I thought.
Haven't gained or lost weight, feel pretty good, and it's essentially business as usual.
